ONLY IF IT TAKES OUT .30 LEVEL AGAIN WILL THIS PICTURE CHANGE BUT WITH BITCOIN BEING WEAK AS WELL, IT DOESNT SEEM LIKELY IN THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE.
