USD INDEX AGAINST EUR JPY AUD NZD WHO WINS ??? USD will lose

We expect a rate cut, the trick is not the cut, actually at rate cut of 0.25 USD index could go up... BE CAREFUL
We are waiting the Bress Conference where Mr. Powell will open the door for two more cut and announce QE to boost American Economy and take pre measures to avoid Recession. This move is both Economically and Politically motivated.
