DXY : Trump's speak or don't speak

Now DXY is uptrend and come to sideway,

In technical's view, i'm not sure that is it Wave 4 or B.

But I point to W4 more than downtrend.

IF below Trend line, I think it is not good for Dollar and point to Short. ===> Yen and Gold UP.

Anyway, today no trade, waiting Trump action.
