AELF or ELF is young project with very big potential.
To put it simply:
1) It's Decentralized Cloud Computing Blockchain Network (They want to take on, some "stress" from blockchain network, for it to be faster.).
2) Roadmap will be updated in February 2018.
3) Token Holders would be able to vote and recieve "annual sallary".
4) It's open source.
5) Project will be ready in 1st half of 2019.
It seems like solid long-term project.
