Personality: It does meet the right Trait of Continued Low Volatility and Volume.

Triangle geometry of trendline, Algo Targets (-0.618) .
YEARLY TRENDLINE FOR MAJOR SUPPORT (RED)
Feedback : You would want "Guideline" wise for the "C-Wave" to meet
at least 55% of the "B wave"
if it doesn't I would more likely dismiss it being a triangle if it breaks
the "B wave" Pivot before then.
