ETCBTC may be considered a scam coin to many, but that rarely seems to stop people from trading. I've come to noticed that people will make trading movements off two things:
1) Technical analysis
2) Events ("Buy the rumors, sell the news")
Referencing coinmarketcal.com/?form[date_... you'll find that quite a lot is going on with ETC this year. Whether or not these events are of any major consequence is quite frankly irrelevant- people WILL make sure that hype is generated in conjunction with said events, and they will dump the coin upon that date every time. It happens with every coin, and I don't think it's going to stop any time soon.
