Firstly, let me begin with the King. The King determines the movement of the altcoins - Bitcoin. Once we gain sufficient understand on where the money is moving between FIAT & Alt pairings then we can look to see if there is money going to be flowing into the altcoin space.
My analysis posted this morning on Bitcoin shows my thoughts on why I believe a relief pump back towards 10k is imminent. Hoping to propel ETHBTC upwards through the ascending triangle; and ultimately propelling Ethereum/USD towards the $300 region.
This analysis was based upon the expectation we are witnessing a fractal which occured on the run-up to this mini-rally. In which I am explaining we are seeing a healthy correction. Most-likely influenced by the macro-political events experienced today from the result of the possible global pandemic.
Therefore I believe we have printed a lower high such below;
Therefore the reasons I believe we are now poised with further upside are:
On Ethereum
- ETHBTC is showing a bullish divergence.
- ETHBTC Ascending Triangle pattern is forming showing bullish re-tests of previous support levels.
- ETHBTC RSI Breakout expected.
- ETHUSD Neckline of pennant breakout imminent.
- ETHUSD Phoenix ARI showing exhaustion bears.
