Hi gang, I'm back! I am 90% convinced that we have entered into an overall bull market. It took watching SEVERAL of the projects on my watch list to break out to enormous highs before I finally decided that this market is not playing around giving us a head fake. "That being said" (I HATE that phrase), it's time for me to start posting regular updates again. I'll start right here with a simple one on ETH, using the 1-day chart.
The run we just saw was ridiculous. As we are firmly on an overall uptrend, we can expect corrections back down to the 50-day moving average. Notice the length of time that has elapsed since the 50-day EMA has overtaken and stayed above the 200-day EMA. A correction is forthcoming. But when?
I'm looking at the 3.618 magical fib circle ring that is based on the time period from June 25th, 2019 to December 18th, 2019. That's a big range from a way-long-time-ago date, but we know it's a valid set of fib circles from the action along those lines. So we can probably expect continued pivot points as the price line crosses those boundaries. I think it's entirely possible that we could see $340 before a correction, where ETH will regain it's strength and start on the next tear.
I'm kicking myself for not jumping in after the Great Crash, when I witnessed with my OWN EYES a $90 ETH price on the lowest dip. But fearing that there was no bottom to catch it, I didn't take the opportunity. But looking at this chart that we have right here, I think it will be a lot easier to jump on the band wagon when this puppy corrects. I've decided that it would be smart to consider ETH, due to the hotness of the DeFi sector. It could be the biggest thing we see in the crypto future. But don't take it from me... do your own research and due diligence.
