Hello traders! For my opinion this pair is buy because this pair in time frame 4h is in "Flat Top/Bottom" pattern , support and resistance is neutral , fibo is buy becase price has broken the level and is in "xabcd pattern".
Target one: Sell 1.15200
Target two: Buy 1.16400
