Economy "up" for SOUTH AMERICAN Winter?

INDEX:IBOV   IBOVESPA
What will happen to the most important Economies in south america this year?

In terms of "economics" the oscillator of ups and downs in Brazil seems to osculate faster on the "lows" then and take longer on the "highs"? by about a factor of 2 or 3.5. so the "balance" of the economics is that 3 (or 2) downs = 1 long period of "up" and any lows or pricing theory would be balanced between a long period of ups with 2 or 3 short downs? THE RSI and Price Oscillators seem to show this (with a period of one full moon or "one month?")

It looks like the Brazilian Economy should be up until May or Middle of June?
so in general the economy might be "up" until June rather then fall the entire winter? However why will things get not good in brazil in June?

Surprisingly most of the industrial sector in Brazil has been hit harder then the typical Brazilian Company according to the IBOVESPA (Brazil stock index)

(see graph studied "above")

The Economy maybe will not "fully recover" until August of 2021?

("math" of stocks in Brazil?)
ECONOMIC DATES FOR BRAZIL: (economic inflection points): September of 2021? as well as this april or "now?"

(for most stocks)
Its possible to see as much as a 20% increase in stock prices in Brazil until about OCTOBER of 2021? and a loss less then 15%

Interestingly the Brazilian "real" currency has stayed stable the entire time and lost a little value at the start of the COVID Virus and now is "gaining value" against the United States North american dollar? so this will "add an additional 5% to even 15%" to the "win"?
