1- if iotx hold 0.00000051 btc then will go to 0.00000098-0.00000108 btc(according green direct)
2-if iotx break 0.0000051 btc then will go to 0.00000012 btc ( according red direct)
in 2 case may test 0.00000069 btc and then will go to 0.00000012 btc
