Minco Silver reacted with an upwards swing from my time projection zone for a wC and is one of the reasons i am bullish here . Other reasons are i see it as being under accumulation for a long time already . They control a deposit of over 60 million ounces of silver in China . The stock has become insanely cheap and the way i see it is it either bottoms out soon or disappears altogether . I believe today and beginning of next week will see the final bottom in mining shares and the best deals for a long time to come . Time to load up .
