Hello traders,
NEO after huge breakout I predicted formed on 15m frame bull flag. This is just consolidation after mentioned breakout. I marked bull flag channel as well as triangle. BTC dominance is still falling, what gives space for alts. If this trend will continue, NEO will push up higher, because still there is strong fundament of releasing NEO 3.0
I will wait for confirmation breakout. But do not forget to use SL, because if BTC falls, alts wil fall too, no matter how strong they are.
