NIO - Well supported at 50-55 ZONE with some volume?

NIO Consolidating around 50-55 (Resistance Turned Support ZONE).
77% Banker's volume. Closes with BULLISH ENGULFING CANDLE. Fast Turtle BUY Above 58 (Nice if able to close above 60). SLOW TURTLE SUPPORT around 54.
SL below 50 is to give BULLS enough room to manoeuvre.
Morgan Stanley reiterated to overweight with profit target 80 which align to my projection 76. finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=NIO.
