The recent pullback to the $0.19 cent area formed a higher low (also held 50% of price) but needs a push and hold above $0.275 as price has not traded very long all year above this zone (Orange horizontal lines )

DRIVRZ App is expected to fully launch Mid Q1 2021 ( February sometime) and we will get a small taste of Live Online Auction + MUSA Leasing in Q3 2020 earnings expected Nov 30th.
Will have roughly 30 days worth of visibility in the Q3 report (nov 30) as most of that went live Late Jul 2020.

DRIVRZ app is the key here , access to 4.5 Million vehicles , 67 Million views from CB AUTO Group alone, the ability for private sellers to live auction their vehicle to 1000's of dealers and millions of consumers, helping to get top dollar for their vehicle.

For Dealers, the ability to have up to the minute Artificial Intelligence analytics, helping to manage dealer inventory ( what's hot , what's not) , and driving customers to their showrooms.

Dealers will have more direct access to purchase private sale vehicles , rather than fight other dealers for wholesale auction bidding. Currently 11 Million Private sales never even reach dealers.

Taking $0.325 cents minus $0.075 = $0.245

Add $0.245 to $0.32 = Target $0.565
With 160 million shares outstanding this is still only a $90 Million Cnd Market cap Company at $0.565 or roughly $63 Million USD

Cars.com CARS traded as high as $34 USD or $2.2 Billion not long ago and now sits at $600 Million USD , it too is cheap

Too many dealers having issues finding good used cars to replenish inventory, having issues with expensive TV ads now that many are cutting the cord. Dealers are also having issues with search engine advertising to drive traffic to their showrooms , as it is costly and the Click Through metrics are murky at best.

They prefer to spend their budgets where consumers are currently actively searching to buy and are known to be . That's what DRIVRZ is building, an active eco system for buyers and sellers without the need to carry any vehicle inventory, the Air BNB of Auto (no carrying costs, just transaction enabling but with SaaS Ai for dealers and Leasing technology to help buyers get financed if they choose.
