Roan was formed by the merger of Linn Energy’s and Citizen Energy’s oil and gas land leases and producing wells in 2017.
It reported $148.2 million in net income, or 97 cents per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2018, compared with a net loss of $10.4 million, or 7 cents per share, for the fourth quarter of 2017.
The company announced March 13 it increased the borrowing base on its revolving credit facility by $75 million to $750 million.
At the end of the fourth quarter of 2018, Roan had total net debt of $507.7 million.

Swinging possible in the range to buy 3.9-3.7 and selling to 4.15 that possibly will again be a liquid range
