I have returned, and my name is $398, 2021, Late Feb

Hey everyone, it has been awhile since, i have posted on SPY. Since June actually.

__REVIEW__

As you can see, I have called it almost perfectly, in terms of timing and expectation of price projection.
Yay, pat on the back lol. So we can we draw from this. Patience and homework won the day. This is why i continue to repeat myself that studying fractals for any trader is the #1 job. Not just to day trade, but grasp the gravity of why fractals behave as they do.

__TECHNICAL__
FIBS:
I am sure by now, you might have already noticed the power of FIBS in the SPY markets.
It appears that the market is stuck in the 1.618 selloff, with every drop. Perhaps this is the nature of the expanding cone macro pattern that we are observing for the last 3 years, which started with a crash of 2018, when volatility exploded to insane levels relative to where it was before.

If this holds true then the next target for bulls is going to have to be $398

Which btw makes is very easy of a trade as you got the catalyst of 370 which got hit as expected from June.
Now all you got to do is either: HEDGE on 370, or go long into march for 398. and if you are bear, scoop cheap 315-305 put strikes.

Also notice a very special phenomena of the cone pattern, every trend line from the top crossing the rising wedge/trend eventually always get hit, and creates an amazing buying opportunity. Something to watch for the next time this occurs, aggressive accumulation is recommended.

__MACRO__
Additionally, we are in a situation of channel resistance hugging. For market to breakout we need momentum and volumes here. Something tells me that coid-19 is turning into more and more of a flue than something that general public should be afraid of, but will see. After all, valuation are extreme, but perhaps with covid and more monetary injection is all wall street needs.

With AAPL announcing EV cars, and banks allowed to resume buy backs, we can see a general bullish sentiment for macro economics. Remember folks those that don't participate in the markets don;t matter to the economy, after all if you really need that $600 to survive, you probably can't afford to buy AMAZON shares :(

__EXTRA__
I have also added a volatility overlay with sin wave estimation for the possible macro outcome in the near future.
It appears to me that something real major is going to be happening come close to end of February of 2021, but today is also a key day.

I feel like this week is extremely important for the market, as it is setting the mood for the next few months.

__CRYPTO__

I know this is about SPY, but let us also reflect on the fact that BTC is slowly but surely milking $$ out of fiat that used to go to STONKs
Positive BULL market on BTC is also a good indicator for SPY, usually BTC moves before SPY if there are threats that worth considering.
