I think TOPS may hit in the 15-20 cent range again the go back up. Overall I can see it creating a bottom which ususally means some version of a cup and handle and/or inverse H&S. Not saying once again TOPs is a great stock by any means. Buy low sell at obvious selling points. If I trading tops you buy in at .17-.18 and sell 25-30 cents.
