What does that mean TO YOU?
You always set up reverse trades of what major insider's are doing:
* When an insider put 265,000 more shares, demand goes UP.
So, it is time to BUY shares in TWTR if you like set up on chart.
RSI is below trend line, you could wait for PA to be above - then buy?
Look at Cypher pattern over price action- says BUY time
Next resistance noted in around $18.50, with PA $17.00
