WTI OIL Megaphone bottomed but 4H MA50 gives the signal.

WTI Oil (USOIL) has been trading within a Megaphone pattern since the August 18 Low and last Thursday made its latest Lower Low. The 4H RSI instantly rebounded along with the price, after turning oversold (<30.00).

This is technically the start of the pattern's new Bullish Leg. The last one confirmed its start after the price broke above the 4H MA50 (blue trend-line). If it does again, we will take it as a buy signal, targeting the 1.618 Fibonacci at $64.45.
