落ち着いていた原油価格は2023年8月後半より再び上昇し90ドル以上へ。しかし95ドルを超えることはなくハロウィンの頃には下へ戻りつつ、テクニカル的にもヘッドアンドショルダーのネックラインを下に抜け下落を加速させた。70ドル台前半でもみ合いレンジとなっているが60ドル台前半から強い買いが入ってきそうです。６０～８０ぐらいのレンジが週足で見える。
