Is this asset overvalued? I think so, even more than Wall Street expected, which is a value per share around $382. In my case, my PV is around $250, but $268 looks enough for a short position. However, this company is not profitable yet.

Yesterday, we saw how some investors went crazy over strong subscriber growth. So, that's telling us what kind of investors they are. Basically, this company reported negative free cash flow of $859 million because they want to compete with other players, so at the end of the day, there are some who believe in what the company could do in future, no matter how much money they burn. Finally, while the stock price goes up, the burning cash also increases. By the way, I'm still bearish. Good Luck!
