0710 P6/8 USOIL waiting for a confirming signal to long
USOIL now is building a support zone on S1 level.
We hope that it will not test S2 this week.
On that case, the GARTLEY is possible to send oil up to reach 72-73 later in 2019.
But still it needs to break last high 64-67 level first .
