OIL TOPPED topped into the long term alt target 106

I moved into puts at 70% net short oil at 99.7 to 101 and I am now adding to net short to 85% picking up 15% I am using sept puts or longer . we will see a drop back to 62 to 78 rather easy .

we have now rallied to .887 of the bear market in oil from 147 to 6.5 I STILL HOLD PUTS FOR OCT 75 USO
