Three types of candlestick shape could also use on wave analysis.
We have 2 blue type 1 here.
The 1st one is done following with green type 3 for a reversal.
The red type 2 actually includes 2 types of shape inside, 1st type and 2nd type
Now the lately blue type 1 which has not finished yet is sending us a signals that a sideways movement could probably end this week. It will go down like type 1 or go up like type 3 , no one knows.
So we would check on 4h chart and daily chart to see more on it.
The bottom of support is easy to found on daily chart . Now price just keeping down by the middle line of BB.
The 4h chart has a unfinished harmonic pattern that D could be test soon which is still the bottom support.
So there is no strong signal to say price of gold would drop down or go up to retest higher high.
