Quick update after the small spike we had yesterday, which took us from 3900 USD to allmost 4000 USD.
(1) We are still in a channel up / bear flag so we should go down at some point. So mid-term ( 1 -3 weeks) I still see us go down to 3650.
(2) We bounced very nicely from the channel support line which validates the current channel / flag we are in.
(3) The support / resistance line within the channel stopped the pump from yesterday.
In summary there are 2 possibilities as I see them now. Or the the current resistance line we have bounced on will hold and we crawl slightly higher to around 4040 USD and fall down then (purple line).
Or we push through the current resistance, reach about 4140 USD, and use the current resistance as a support for a couple of days before we brake down further (blue line).
Don't forget to throw those thumbs up when you like the idea!!!
