Timing of bounce not considered, yet points put at all FIB levels, considering I stack my buys at different % for each level. Rocket loading for the Wave 3 run?

a lot of alts are playing closely with BTC right now... $XLM has hype/news... When $BTC rallies soon, so will $XLM. Ultimately a .618 bounce would be my largest % buy in.
