Elliott Theory states that expanding diagonals can only be a leading wave or an ending wave in bigger structure Here I would say we are probably witnessing ending 5th wave expanding diagonal of some sort of bigger structure. Expanding diagonals can be identified by ABCD with quite strict structure:
