This is going to be interesting. Current price action is driven by SEC suing Ripple while the XRP is in the major bullish descending triangle .

If the 0.44 holds it could bounce back up. If not, it's going down, down, down, down...

that was the best news ever right?? Free advertising for us XRP holders and we even got to buy more on a nice dip down. SEC wouldnt even be concerned about XRP if it didnt pose as a threat to the global fiat market, governments and banks who have nothing but paper currency they print out of their as**s!!! LOL XRP about to take off

@brelz, people are still going to trade it. I'm long on xrp, but as stated in the chart, anything below 0.44 would invalidate my claims. Also, while getting sued by US federal agency is not a good thing, it's clear to use in Japan and UK. We'll see what happens.

@brelz, thats not what the suit is about. Its whether or not ripple is a currency or not which the SEC is claiming its a security. Therefore cannot be traded as a currency like it currently is.
