DISCLAIMER: this trade depends on what btc will go on the next days. If btc will dump, probably xrp will dump harder.
I am not a fan of xrp, but here we have a buy opportunity.
Xrp reached an important level (0.24-0.25); this level must hold or xrp will do a good free fall.
Indicators on the daily show that at the moment bears have finished:
- Bullish divergence on MFI.
- Bullish divergence on squeeze momentum.
- Adx shows that the actual trend (bearish) is getting weak.
- DI- is going down, while price is going up: this is bullish.
- DI+ is going up, while price is going down: this is bullish.
The best buy zone is between 0.248 and 0.252 but if I am right on the analysis, it's possible to buy now.
My targets are:
- 0.29 area for a 15% profit. I think this is a very possible target, the most conservative.
- 0.34 area, for a 30-35% profit. This is a little bit risky and would be a mid term target.
- 0.44 area, for a 70-75% profit. Long term target. High risk.
I would close 50% of position at 0.29, 30% at 0.34 and 20% at 0.44.
Stop loss is at 0.235, but i will update if the price will go up!
