The Storage & Terminal Solutions segment consists of work related to aboveground storage tanks and terminals. The company was founded by Bill Lee, Doyl D. West, Harold Morgan and Martin Lee Rinehart on April 4, 1984 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
