Fish Lake Valley is a lithium playa, which is located in northern Esmeralda County in west central Nevada. The Company holds approximately 40, over 80-acre Association Placer claims that cover approximately 3,200 acres (over 1,280 hectares). The San Emidio property is located in Washoe County in northwestern Nevada. The Mount Heimdal Flake Graphite property is located in the Slocan Mining Division of British Columbia, Canada. The BC Sugar Flake Graphite Property is located in the Cherryville area of British Columbia, and the Company holds approximately 19,820 acres (over 8,020 hectares).
