The Temperature Control segment involves the offering of air-conditioner system and other thermal components. The Engineered Solutions segment focuses on applications of thermal management products, sensors, switches, power distribution, electrification and electronics, injection and fuel delivery, ignition and emissions, and clamping devices. The company was founded by Elias Fife and Ralph van Allen in 1919 and is headquartered in Long Island City, NY.
