Bitcoin Dominance (Break Bullish or Bearish?)

Bitcoin dominance is slowly approaching key resistance right now. The question is can he break above it and make a Higher High?
By looking at the chart and indicators, Bears are still in control short term as the price is below the 100 Day MA and inside the triangle pattern. A fail breakout will bring the dominance back to 68-67 level or previous support and give BTC pair Alts breathing for growth again.
