The idea that 6100 was THE resistance that would send us back down 33 percent to 4000 was premature. But this is Bitcoin, and our predictions are speculative. A 33 percent move down from teh current high (as of may 2019) is 8400 would be to under 6000!
But under current demand considerations, and larger adoptions taking place, 33% could be severely deminished to low 6000's. Don't discount market manipulation too which could be used to strike fear in sentiment.
