I've been seeing some headlines, some really crazy headlines calling for $400,000, $500,000 within months... One publication even mentioned Bitcoin hitting $1,000,000 in 2025... Why not more?
That's ok, it is great to get excited, it is normal and it will surely attract many readers, specially those that don't have a clue how the markets rally work... The cycles you know.
Let's consider this, Bitcoin is still trading below 50,000 and a lower high compared to mid-January, only a few weeks ago.
We would need to break resistance first, the last barrier, before considering a new All-Time High, even less hundreds of thousands of points of growth.
What was the sentiment when Bitcoin was trading near 16K?
Did you witness hundreds of articles or even thousands of articles calling for Bitcoin moving to 50,000 and beyond? Or did you actually witness the contrary, when Bitcoin was at the bottom, the mass was calling for even lower prices, 13K, 11K, 9K and the classic "Bitcoin is going to $0", over and over but instead Bitcoin went up.
What I am trying to say is that there is a signal here, one that isn't coming from the chart.
When the people goes insanely bullish without reason, that's the moment to stop and think.
Why the crazy bullishness if Bitcoin is not hitting a new All-Time High yet?
Why so bullish when nothing special is taking place?
The market moves in waves... It goes up and down, up and down...
After strong growth, a correction, after the correction comes a new bullish wave.
