I must attribute and give thanks to the genius W.D. Gann for being able to nail this (likely) supercycle top in advance (two weeks before coronavirus emerged). For every trader's reference, I highlighted all Gann's major topping turns and posted them here several months ago. Lo and behold, he was right again! In the past 90 years, his visionary long term trading cycles were wrong only once (highlighted in red). He must have seen things that are invisible to most of us.
Mind you, even with this wisdom, I did not imagine the initial drop would be so powerful. Today, I updated the near term chart to properly represent the magnitude of what we are experiencing.
