Still favoring that ETHEREUM has got lower to go we'll continue to use $186.60 (adjusted) as the key level. While this correction from $200 has dragged on, now is not the time to lose interest. The corrective nature of the price action suggests that $ETH is setting up for at least another five waves higher once this pullback ends. The reversal could be abrupt, therefore, watching these key levels is important.
Against $186.60 #Ethereum remains vulnerable to weakness to the highlighted target area. Continued weakness would not change the idea the setback from $200 is a correction. It looks corrective. A breach of $186.60 would hint wave is underway.
Yesterday's pullback was fractionally just after the 0.618% targets for waves (Y) and (W) at $173.95. If this represents a potential bottom for wave , we'll want to see a rally above $186.60 as preliminary evidence.
With the near-term key level adjusted to 186.60 we'll allow for lower, watching to see if there is support circa 170.65, the .618% Fibonacci retracement of wave . Trading above 186.60 and breaking out of wave 's corrective price channel will suggest that wave is in place, and could trigger the anticipated upside acceleration for wave of iii.
Key Levels: 153.00, 186.60, 189.31, 194.60, 199.50, 224.73.
