Very quickly, as the chart shows. ETH has been having a tough time getting over the resistance of around 316. It has flirted with the level for a few hours. I believe there is a hidden Bullish Pennant right here. For this reason I am going to name another Dip on ETH to 295-300. That will be the final dip before liftoff. Get your tickets ready.
