Ethereum trades in a range and responds well to borders (resistance and support levels). The price made a false breakout of resistance, which means that the target from above was reached and liquidity was captured, after which the price goes down.

There is a support level on the chart that the price has tested. I expect that the price may continue its fall below the level, as the false breakout resistance was tested earlier and the main trend is bearish.

I assume a breakdown of the local support level, followed by a price decrease in line with the global trend. Short-term target - support 1050. Medium-term target - strong liquidity zone 798.
