Transactions-never-fail

Bears target resistance shorting opportunities.

Long
OANDA:XAUUSD   Gold Spot / U.S. Dollar
Gold tested near 2181 several times yesterday but failed to effectively break the level. It fell into a long-short dilemma in the short term and returned to the 2160-2180 area again. If it cannot effectively stand above 2200 in the short term, bulls will not be able to continue to strengthen, and others will still tend to pull back or fluctuate. Gold itself has fallen into a small range of fluctuations and will have repeated trends, so it may continue to have a downward trend of advancing two and retreating one. Until the bullish pattern stabilizes at the daily level, the bearish situation will not be changed for the time being.

From the current market perspective, the gold daily structure K-line closed positive, the daily K-line high is being consolidated and corrected, the short-term upward trend has slowed down, and local highs have appeared. But the rebound failed to stand firm at 2180, so the rebound is not considered strong. If it closes at 2190 today, you need to pay attention to the short-term stabilization and correction trend. On the contrary, it is still a bearish situation. The rebound after the decline in the four-hour chart did not extend, but continued to weaken. Then there is a high probability of a bearish bias before reaching 2188. Once it reaches 2188, the shock will become stronger.

Trading ideas:

It is recommended to go long in the 2168-2170 area and take profit near 2183.
High-level short selling can be placed in the 2185-2188 area, and the take profit is near 2170-2163.
