Stellar XLM - hold or REBUY! Cypher Pattern on the way?

I think XLM is on the way to reach the next high. If it falls to 0.455 in case of a short consolidation, its completing a cypher pattern on 1H chart, which gives us a new opportunity for some rebuy in my opinion. We'll see.
