I've watched XLM defy the broader dips and flows and in several cases documented defiance against aggressive downward BTC and ETH trending days/hours. If no market/media influence occurs in the next 2-3 weeks I believe XLM is reaching for that .99 cents zone. Investors will be cautious as each major resistance is breached, then down back to .6/.7 until a new market condition.
