What Is the Best Divergence Trading Strategy? 👑 What Is Divergence?
Divergence is a trading phenomenon that offers reliable and high-quality information regarding trading signals. It refers to when an asset’s price moves in the opposite direction to the momentum indicators or oscillators. Commonly used indicators include the relative strength index (RSI), stochastic oscillator, Awesome Oscillator (AO), and moving average convergence divergence (MACD).
Divergence is one of the many concepts that experienced traders use to the time when to enter or exit the market. To say a divergence occurs is to say that the price and momentum are out of sync. This signals that the market is preparing for a trend reversal or pullback, but it does not necessarily guarantee trend directions.
There are mainly two types of divergence:
1) Regular divergence is where the price signal creates higher highs or lower lows while the indicator makes lower highs or higher lows respectively.
2) Hidden divergence, which is the opposite of regular divergence, is where the indicator makes higher highs or lower lows while the price action creates lower highs or higher lows respectively.
Regular Divergence vs. Hidden Divergence
What Is Regular Divergence?
Regular divergence can be divided into two types: regular bearish divergence and regular bullish divergence.
What is Regular Bearish Divergence?
Regular bearish divergence occurs when the price action makes successively higher highs while the indicator makes consecutively lower highs. This suggests that the asset’s price is preparing for a reversal into a downtrend. The indicator signal means that the momentum is changing. Even though the price action has made higher highs, the uptrend may be weak. In this scenario, traders should get ready to go short, i.e., to sell the asset and repurchase it later at a lower price.
What is Regular Bullish Divergence?
Regular bullish divergence happens when the price action forms progressively lower lows while the indicator creates higher lows. This implies that the prices will move in an upward trend soon. The indicator action implies that the price needs to catch up with the indicator signal and that the downtrend is weak. In this scenario, traders should get ready to go long, i.e., to buy the asset.
How to Trade Regular Divergence?
Divergence only tells traders that the momentum of a price movement is weakening. This does not necessarily lead to a strong reversal, and the price movement may just be entering a sideways trend (horizontal price movement within a stable range). To create a more reliable divergence trading strategy, skilled traders combine indicators with various tools. Regular bullish divergence and regular bearish divergence have different entry rules. In any case, once a trader has spotted a divergence, they should consider how to enter or exit the market and place their Stop Loss or Take Profit orders.
What’s a hidden divergence?
Divergences not only signal a potential trend reversal but can also be used as a possible sign for a trend continuation (price continues to move in its current direction).
Hidden bullish divergence happens when the price is making a higher low (HL), but the oscillator is showing a lower low (LL).
Hidden Bearish Divergence occurs when price makes a lower high (LH), but the oscillator is making a higher high (HH).
Keep in mind that regular divergences are possible signals for trend reversals while hidden divergences signal trend continuation.
Regular divergences = signal possible trend reversal
Hidden divergences = signal possible trend continuation
Conclusion
Trading divergence can be very profitable if traders can reliably identify divergence by making use of the trading tools in their arsenal. However, like all trading strategies, using divergence indicators involves a certain degree of risk. [

FOREX & COMMODITIES CORRELATIONHello everyone!
Today we will discuss the correlation for some currencies and commodities.
GOLD GROWTH
Recently, gold has risen sharply.
Not everyone knows why and what may happen next.
But if you disassemble gold, then historically, it turned out that in difficult economic moments or in a crisis, dollars are exchanged for gold, since GOLD has historically been considered a rescue tool from inflation.
As you know, inflation eats up the value of the dollar and gold is an excellent tool for saving money.
According to the above, the DOLLAR and GOLD have an inverse correlation, that is, when the DOLLAR falls, GOLD rises and vice versa.
In addition, gold can be an indicator of the future crisis and or acceleration of inflation.
Maybe that's why GOLD is growing now?
CANADIAN DOLLAR AND OIL
Canada occupies one of the first places in the world in oil production.
And, of course, oil plays an important role in the country's economy.
As soon as oil prices rise, the CANADIAN DOLLAR becomes stronger.
Conversely, the fall in the cost of oil has a bad effect on the currency.
SWISS FRANC
Switzerland is historically famous for its economy and its banks.
Trillions of dollars are stored in Swiss bank accounts.
We will not talk about how they get there, where and why, but the main thing is that everyone knows that many people keep money there.
Switzerland is a time-tested country, people trust their country and consider it very reliable.
Do not forget that 25% of Switzerland's reserves are secured by gold.
The currency is very strongly linked to gold and therefore when gold falls, the currency falls too, and when gold grows, the currency grows.
Everything is simple.
There are many correlations of currencies with other assets in the world.
There is also a correlation between currencies.
An attentive trader will be able to identify a pattern and make money on it.
Thanks!
Traders, if you liked this idea or if you have your own opinion about it, write in the comments. I will be glad 👩💻
GOLD - The Entire Wave Caught 🔥In March this year, we posted a higher timeframe analysis where we identified that price was in wave 4 and that we were in an ABC correction. See full post below:
Once we identified where we are in the wave sequence, it just came down to counting the waves correctly and trading according to our trading rules.
We know that Wave C consists of 5 waves and follows the impulse schematic. Waves 1, 3 and 5 have 5 waves. Waves 2 and 4 have 3 waves. Ofcourse there are complexities where there are variations of waves within waves. However, once you understand the fundamental, you can slowly work your way down to lower timeframe and know whats next. That is exactly what we did. We followed the basic fundamental rules of Elliott Waves and worked our way through the entire wave C.
How do we enter?
Our entries are almost always trendline break entries. A trendline break tells us that momentum is shifting in the other direction and there are strict parameters for entry and stoploss which we don't deviate from.
Entry: Break of trendline
Bullish entry stoploss: below the candles once trendline breaks
Bearish entry stoploss: above the candles before the trendline breaks
If you go through the ideas in the chart, you will see that our entry is almost always trendline break entries. People may say trendlines do not work - sometimes it doesn't... if not used correctly. We mostly use trendlines when a correction is already formed. Using a trendline here to catch the breakout is perfect.
The market isn't static. Things change. You will see that whilst the overall analysis remained the same, the lower timeframe analysis changed as moves overextend and its our job as traders to adapt to these changes.
Do let us know what you think.
As always, trade safe!
Update: Priceline Reached, Waiting for Break & Self AnalysisSo things are going to plan, so far, we saw the rally, the market failed to break yesterday's high. And price has followed the breakout pattern and returned back to the price line. A break through would put this move comfortably back in profit like I mentioned in my last update. These are all positives. But I can't help but thinking about the fact that I could have been 80 pips up on this move instead of 15.
I usually wake around 12:30 am to check the charts and get ready for the London open. But this morning I actually didn't wake until 7:00 am, which cost me because had I woke up, I would have managed this trade slightly different, and I thought this would be a good opportunity to critique this position, in hopes that you guys can learn from my mistakes.
1. My first entry wasn't good...both of my orders were designed for different scenarios, you can see in my original post for this trade that I was speculating about two reversal points, but I couldn't be sure which one it would be until it played out. In order to avoid losses, I placed the stoploss for my first entry above my second entry. The downside to this, was that my average fill was still too low to be safe from price going against me. You can see that my second entry came within 10 pips of the highest high we've seen these past couple days SO...if that had been my only entry, I could have run a much tighter stop and made a lot more money.
2. My biggest mistake was not taking profit when price got back down to my first entry. This would have freed me from that first entry and given me an opportunity to get back in at supply with a tighter stop and better RR.
If you're wondering how I find these supply zones, I use the fib tool and I look for a spike with the open and close within a 31% ratio (like the one in the top left corner). Keep in mind, a spike can last more than one candle. So a candle that gets engulfed by another can also be considered a valid spike, so long as the open of the first candle and the close of the engulfing candle lie within a 0 - 31% ratio. For a bullish spike, take the fib tool from the lowest point and drag up to the highest point. Do the opposite for bearish spikes. A bullish spike must be followed by a bullish candle to be considered valid, and a bearish spike must be followed by a bearish candle to be considered valid. Spikes should only be used to mark supply and demand zones if they happen in an area of value, or POI.
I also use the distance between (highest highs and the next highest close) or (lowest lows and the next lowest close) as supply and demand zones as well.
3. You can see that had I done this I would have been able to get back in, and be over 30 pips up now this second time around, putting me at around 80 pips taken these past two days. I should have done that. If I felt like a rally was coming then it would have been wisest to exit my position at demand and get back in at supply.
I hope you guys can apply this to your trades and avoid this mistake in the future!
HOW-TO : analyze the market with script051 indicatorsYou can find the indicators with the link below
Indicators
If you are in a 50% loss in the current bearish market, you probably did not choose the right point to enter or you got involved in the wrong hope that the price will return soon.
So what should we do to avoid such losses?
You should be familiar with market cycles
2 cycles that you are probably familiar with:
psychology of a market cycle
wyckoff price cycle
The problem with the above cycles is that We cannot easily recognize the phases of the cycle
But look at the cycle below
This cycle is exactly like the Wykoff cycle, only the names have been changed.
"Hidden truth" is named because the real price of a share is only in this phase, and if someone wants to invest, it is better to enter in this price phase, but often everyone loses a large percentage of their capital at this phase, and if the price stay in this phase for a long time, they will probably leave position with a large loss.
"Obvious truth" : In this phase, the direction of the price is easily recognized by traders and investors. The price is most likely moving upwards rapidly and the greed is also increasing.
"Hidden lie" : It is the worst point to enter the market. This is a place where big players leave the market, but it seems to you that the price is going to grow, that's why this name was chosen!
"Obvious lie" : This phase is also easily recognizable, but the greed that has formed during the 2 phases does not allow you to leave the market. The market trend has clearly changed, but you are trading against the direction of the market.
For example, the market is now in the "Hidden truth" phase and good point for investment.
The point that I need to mention is that -ONE LOOK is designed for the crypto market, but due to the general correlation of the markets, you can get good results for other markets as well.
You don't need to identify the phases, the -ONE LOOK will do it for you.
-ONE LOOK tells you where you are in the cycle at any moment with the help of 10 different indicators.
If you enter the market at the right point with the help of -ONE LOOK , I promise you that 50% of your problems will be solved.
Also, this indicator has features such as:
1.Heatmap
2.Screener
You can use it according to your needs.
Let's go to the next step !
Well, you were able to recognize the phases of the cycle and entered at the right point.
But the fact is that cycles are formed in long periods of time (I know the fractal structure market :|)
maybe you need to find the trend in "15m" chart.
" -hero" and " -master cycle" will help you here.
Look at the chart below
These indicators are not magic, you can find the trend with moving average or market structure.
With the difference that these indicators remove fakeout for you that might make you think the trend has changed
We talked about cycles and trends.
Another thing that I can boldly say that everyone uses is the key areas of the market.
If you want to enter a trading position, you are usually looking for how the price reacts to the key areas.
we also get help from these areas for exit and stop points, so obviously it is necessary to be able to find them correctly.
Look at the chart below to see how we found the important price areas using indicators and how the price reacted and how we enter the trading position.
With the help of volume profile and high and low points of daily weekly candles and channel bands, we can find suitable signals.
But one of the key points of the market is the round numbers.
Fortunately, we can find these points with the help of the " -auto round level" indicator
But how can we find the signal and test them properly?
First, let's see how to find good market entry with the -master cycle indicator :
You already learned to find the trend with the master cycle.
You can enter the position in 3 situations:
1.When the flow element changes state.
2.When the score element moves against the flow direction.
3.When the spot element appears
You can also find good signals using -Hero
4 parameters are determined for the -hero indicator, by changing them you can get different signals (definitely, the accuracy and efficiency of each signal is different from each other)
And the last indicator allows you to see at a glance what signal -Hero indicator has send for each symbol and at what time.
You can find the indicators with the link below

Quotes of a winning traderHi everybody!
today we gonna focus on what is the mindset of a winning trader. what does he think and what differentiates him from a looser based on his way of thinking.
We gonna check a non-exhaustive list of several quotes that may be interesting to know and remind. These quotes are all written on my notepad, I advice you to do the same: have a notepad with all the trading knowledge learn over the years.
at first ----------> Dont forget to put a like and follow me if you want more content
let's go !
1)Trade what you see: its important to not have bias on trading, technical analysis allow you to have an idea of where the price may be heading and allow you to make a quick decision based on it. Your bias will only make you more confuse and may make you miss plenty of opportunities (as well as leading you to ruin). When you are going to analyse the market, dont forget to let your emotions behind you.
2)Plan your trade and trade your plan: as simple as it sounds. just draw a chart and trade it, if you dont have a plan you dont have rules and if you dont have rules you wont win money.
3)Trend is your friend + dont fight the FED: setups that follow the trend have more probabilities to be winners, therefore its better to favor bullish setups when trend is bullish and bearish setups when trend is bearish . Trend reversal setups are pleasing( a good ego booster) but keep it exceptional. also the "don't fight the fed" part correspond to stock market, when you know there is economical measures like Q.E just follow the movement. dont expect to be the top shorter, you'll need a lot of luck.
4)Trading is 80% psychology and 20% technical analysis: you surely listened to that one somewhere, its very famous. The winning trader have adquired strong rules of psychology and a solid mindset(they respect it) that brought them to become winners. these rules make them confident and peasible, they feel safe when working because they know odds are at their side as long they respect the rules.
5)Buy low and sell high: Buy low, sell high is a strategy where you buy stocks or securities at a low price and sell them at a higher price.
This strategy can be difficult as prices reflect emotions and psychology and are difficult to predict.
Traders, thus, use other tactics, such as moving averages, the business cycle, and consumer sentiment to help decide on when to buy and sell.
6)Cut your losses, let run the profit: The basic idea behind this particular saying is to encourage traders to get out of losing positions quickly, but have the patience to stay in winning trades and resist the tendency to sell winning positions early. Assuming the trader follows a sound trading strategy that has an edge over time, following this rule allows profits to accumulate over time, while drawdowns are kept at a minimum – resulting in a much more enjoyable trading experience.
7)Patience is key: One of the best cardinal rules and day trading advice is to be patient. Patience is key, during the day, there may be many opportunities. It is best to wait for the right opportunity pursuant to your specific rules and trading plan. Sometimes you won't make any trade at all, that's why it's not always easy being patient. Most of the time you will find yourself in profitable trades as long as your patient and vigilante.
8)Good trading habits + good trading plan + good trading rules: i think its clear, there is no need for more explnation to this one
9)Set and forget: is whereby you open a position with a pre-defined stop loss, take profit and entry location, and once the trade is activated, you let it go with no trade management. This means you let the trade run until it hits your take profit, or your stop loss. Hence the name ‘set and forget‘. you have an entry, an SL and a target so just let the price fluctuate, it'll give you a result at the end (loss or profit) there is no need to interact since you already have the parameters.
10)Trading is a game of probabilities: know your probabilities by heart. every winning trade know very well how to play with probabilities in order to achieve his goal of becoming successful.
Dont forget to put a like and follow me if you want more content
Thats all, I wish you the best. Have a nice week !

DXY - Elliott Wave Breakdown ✅Following on from our last post on DXY, we have moved up a considerable amount. In our last post we identified the higher timeframe impulsive move and waited for a catalyst, NFP, to move the market in our direction. See our previous post below:
In Elliott Wave Theory, the impulsive wave can be broken down into the following 5 waves:
Wave 1 - is made up of 5 subwaves (impulse)
Wave 2 - Is a corrective wave made up of 3 waves (ABC correction)
Wave 3 - is another impulse wave made up of 5 subwaves (impulse)
Wave 4 - is a corrective wave made up of 3 waves (ABC correction)
Wave 5 - Can be either an impulse or a correction - But its made up of 5 waves.
In this scenario, the 5th wave is appearing to be an impulsive move. We have a channel which we will be using as a guide to help us identify when the 5th wave will finish.
The way to use DXY is by doing the following: Bullish DXY = USD Strength. Bearish DXY = USD weakness
1. Analyse DXY for reversal zones and identify what the next move is
2. In our last post, we identified a reversal zone and we were waiting for NFP to be the catalyst to get the market moving (FEB 4th)
3. When DXY approaches the reversal zone, we go on to USD pairs and analyse them
4. Find a pair where you think USD will bounce/reject (depending on whether you're trading USD/XXX or XXX/USD)
e.g. in the VIP, we correlated DXY with EURUSD. We identified that we were bullish DXY = Bearish EURUSD. We had a trade setup ready and we were waiting for confirmation.
See below for the the VIP setup we had. Went into 10pip drawdown and hit TP of over 500pips = 1:50 RR.
Hope this post helped a little!
Goodluck and as always, trade safe!
Blocknet is -99% down from ATH so Be aware from Shit Coins#BLOCK/USDT
$Blocknet current price is around $0.58
Recently made low of $0.47.
So basically it's almost 99.22% down from All time high of $60.027.
Practically I don't prefer in suggesting these type of Scam/shit coins.
Never choose to go with these kind of Coin, can harm and eat our hard earned money.
Lots of traders and Influencers around the globe just for the sake of some bucks, keep suggesting these kind of Coin with may hit 50x , 100x , 1000x in near future. And suggest to hold for 2-3 years for Huge profit.
In the case of $Blocknet:-
Who invested in December $2017, price was around $60 i.e. ATH & And after 3 year $Blocknet price is at $0.58.
Almost -99% down.
Where is 100x …?
So Guys never invest blindly in any coins for getting Superrich overnight.
At $60 team & insider Sold $1M worth of $Block Tokens.
Now Value of $1M = ~$8000
Lesson for today:- Choose your Influencer wisely. And do your own research before investing. And never enter with full fund in a entry.
ABSORPTION MODELHello everyone!
Today I want to share with you a very strong pattern that I use myself and that you can find on any chart.
When used correctly, this pattern is able to suggest the best entry point and possible reversal, which potentially promises you good profits.
Identification
The engulfing pattern looks like two candles, the first of which is small, and the second is large and its body will be larger than that of the first, and the candle is directed in the opposite direction.
The logic of this model is simple - there is no more strength left in the market to push the price - the first candle, after which a large one is formed and uses weakness to push the market in the opposite direction.
A couple of important conditions:
There must be a trend before the pattern.
The second candle should be large and have the opposite direction.
In addition, the first candle should close almost without a shadow, that is, at its maximum.
Trading in a flat can bring a lot of losses, since a lot of false signals appear in such a market.
Trade
The entry into the market is made after the level of the first candle is broken - that is, the market has swallowed the candle and goes in the opposite direction.
The stop loss is placed beyond the high of the first candle.
Take profit . There are several ways to set a take profit.
You can set it at a ratio of 3:1 or more to your stop loss.
Another way is to set a take profit in the area of the next level. This method can bring more profit, while it is worth remembering that the market may not reach the level.
Timeframes
The choice of timeframe depends on your trading style, as this pattern occurs on all timeframes.
But it should be understood that the lower the timeframe, the worse the figure will be worked out.
The ideal time frame for trading is 4 hours.
You can choose the one that suits you.
Conclusions
This pattern, like all the others, provides a guide for trading, but this does not mean that the market will definitely go in the direction you need.
When analyzing, it is worth analyzing the whole picture, do not rely on only one pattern, use indicators.
When trading from the level, this model will be worked out more often.
Use patterns correctly.
Good luck!
Forex Signals Providers - Scam? Points you should keep an eye onForex Signals Providers - Scam? Points you should keep an eye on before buying.
Points:
- Trading Strategy
- Trade Management / Timing
- Risk Management / Risk Rewards
- Broker
- Result
Trading Strategy:
Well we never know what these traders are really doing. We may see the analysis but we do not have their rules (Trading Plan). So you would need to understand their Price Action Confirmation and many more. How to act in certain scenarios and which is the best approach in these scenarios in order to get the maximum out of it. As we all know forex is a business of probabilities. With the right approach we can minimize our losses and maximize our wins. This part is completely missing. When price hits SL you do not know why and how to take the counter trade or when you can simply reenter. This is the procedure of evaluation.
Trade Management/Timing:
We need to catch every single trade in order to make the same profit like them. This may be very difficult. Especially if you are working at your 9-5 job. Signals may be better for full time traders. But full time traders do not need Signals obviously.
You can not make time management as you are depending to your Signal Provider. At the end it will be necessary to take it as a 9-5job. Otherwise you will miss too many trades. This should not be your approach as a trader. You need to only attach in certain scenarios this is how you ensure high concentration and you can increase your win rate.
Risk Management / Risk Rewards:
Here I see the biggest problem. The majority provider use multiple TP Take Profit Levels like TP1 TP2 TP3 TP4. This does not work properly. It is simply an illusion that they make so much percentage. The only thing what they do is pips. But not the real ROI. This is what will gain you the percentages on your trading account and not pips. Of course there is a Risk Management system with pips but there you have big disadvantages as you can not scale your wins. With a percentage method you minimize your risk/losses and you maximize your wins to the fullest.
Broker:
Every broker has different spreads. Therefore you may not get involved in some positions or you will get stopped out. This point is only important for Signal Services where the SL are super tight.
Result:
Here the majority are just faking and they are claiming big results. So you need to check it. This is very difficult. You need here proven results. When they will show you their 6th Tp level hit then you know that this Channel is just giving you unreal results
Recommendation:
What I suggest is to learn Forex by yourself and from others that are already there where you want to be. Join a community with the same goal. The community should not be too big. Otherwise it will be difficult to interact and also the mentors can not really help you individually.
You need to commit yourself for at least 3years nonstop in order to really understand how this business works. It is like in any other business or 9to5 job. You will not just start from the beginning and you will understand everything. No you go to the school, seminars, ....
It will just take time my friends. But I promise you with CONSISTENCY you will reach it.
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"
This is my approach for this industry.
CHFJPY - Identify These Moves - FULL Breakdown 📚A key part of technical analysis is to identify the different phases and patterns in the market.
So, what can we see?
- We can see that we're within a major ascending parallel channel and price has been respecting it. When price approaches either extremes of the channel, it rejects aggressively.
- There are 2 key phases at play here. The blue phase is the impulse and the red phase is the correction.
- The impulse phase is an upward movement and the corrective phase is a downward move
After identifying these phases, what next?
- So now that we know that the impulse phase ends at the upper limit of the channel, we know there's a corrective move coming back down to the channel support.
- If there's enough momentum, we can break the channel support and keep falling. As we're in an ascending channel, it is often a reversal pattern = there's a high chance that CHFJPY can come back down all the way to 109
- Now we need a trading plan to enter this trade
How do we trade it?
- The risk entry would have been at the rejection of the channel resistance
- The safe entry would be to identify when the impulse has ended. One way we can do this is by identifying when the uptrend has ended. This can be done by using a trendline (like the one we have) and watching for a break to indicate that the uptrend has ended and the next phase has begun.
Trade Idea:
Watch for the ascending red trendline to break and enter with stops above the channel.
First Target: Target the channel support for first targets (500pips)
Second Target: The bottom of the channel (1,600pips)
Hope this breakdown was helpful. If so, do leave a like and comment what you think!
DXY - How To Use DXY To Enter Trades 🎯For almost a year DXY has been in an uptrend but we may soon be at the end.
Last Friday, DXY closed with a bearish candle at the double top region, indicating that there are al lot of sellers at that level. If we continue to show bearish pressure, we can soon end that uptrend and take advantage of USD weakness across the board.
Here's a brief breakdown on how to use DXY:
DXY up = USD Strength. DXY down = USD weakness
1. Analyse DXY for reversal zones and identify what the next move is
2. On this chart we can see that DXY is indicating bearish price action
3. Now that DXY is at an important level, go on to your USD pairs and analyse them
4. Find out if there's any XXXUSD LONG ideas or if there's any USDXXX pairs that are at the best place to SELL
5. Correlate the DXY movement with the USD charts e.g. DXY showing bearish price action which makes EURUSD buy a great idea as EURUSD is at a key level.
Hope that helps!
Goodluck and as always, Trade Safe!

✨ The Dejavu Effect ✨What is Dejavu?
Dejavu is a term used to describe a feeling that one has lived through the present situation before.
How does this tie in with the markets?
Technical analysis is based on patterns repeating itself over and over again. Technical analysts believe past trading activity and price action can be valuable indicators to future price movement.
How can we prepare ourselves?
Some of the ways we can prepare ourselves is by doing the following:
- Learning patterns that reoccur over and over again such as bull flags, wedges etc.
- Identifying candlestick formations and understand what they mean e.g. shooting star candles means there’s a possible trend reversal from bullish to bearish
- Learning to identify structure levels where price can react in the future
- Understanding fibonacci and learning how to use it effectively.
[Once we’ve identified a possible market dejavu moment, what next?
Following identification, the next step is confirming whether this is in fact a similar move to historic price movements. The types of confirmations that can be used are the following:
- Trendline breakout
- Fibonacci rejection
- Lower timeframe patterns
- Moving average strategies
__________________________________________________
EURUSD - The Dejavu Effect
1. Bullish Correction. We identified a falling wedge which resulted in price moving higher.
2. Bear Correction. The bullish move was short lived with a bearish correction which resulted in…
3. Three Wave Falling Wedge. This falling wedge pushed price up to the double top region.
4. Ascending Correction. The move up to the double top could be monitored using an ascending trend line to monitor the correction.
5. Minor drop. Once price broke down, we had a minor drop.
6. Major drop. After another small correction we had a major drop.
Notice how we didn’t specify whether we were talking about the Blue phase or Red red phase… Dejavu.
AUDUSD - How To Trade This Channel! 😍 📚AUDUSD is in a really nice channel where price is respecting both the limits of the channel. We saw a nice bounce off the channel support and looks like we'll be heading towards the channel resistance very soon.
The basic rules of trading within a channel are the following:
- Buy on bounce off channel support
- Sell on rejection off channel resistance
- Stoploss outside of the channel
- Targets should be the outer limit of the channel
** For descending channels, the move down will always be bigger than the move up
** For ascending channels, the move up will always be bigger than the move down
Do your best to identify channels in your trading - easy trades!
Goodluck and as always trade safe!

EDUCATION - TOP REVERSAL PATTERNS ⚡At the end of a trend, there is a typically a reversal pattern indicating to us that the trend is about to reverse. There are 3 main patterns that you NEED to know.
1. Double Top/Double Bottom
A double top/bottom pattern is a chart pattern that consists of 2 consecutive peaks of similar height indicating that there is not enough buying/selling pressure to surpass the extremes of the price. This leads to a reversal in trend.
Double top is a bullish to bearish trend reversal.
Double bottom is a bearish to bullish trend reversal.
For a safe entry, entry would be after the break of the neck line (the last swing point) which is a confirmation that the it is a valid double top/bottom pattern.
Double Top:
2. Rising Wedge/Falling Wedge
A rising/falling wedge is a chart pattern that occurs when price is making higher highs and higher lows (in an uptrend – rising wedge) and lower lows and lower highs (in a downtrend – falling wedge). As the pattern progresses in the wedge, the range of the price contracts and is confined between 2 lines which get closer. Price eventually breaks out of the wedge and creates a reversal.
Rising wedge is a bullish to bearish trend reversal.
Falling wedge is a bearish to bullish trend reversal.
For a safe entry, wait for a breakout of the wedge to confirm the validity of the wedge pattern.
Rising Wedge:
3. Head & Shoulders/Inverse Head & Shoulders
A head and shoulders pattern is a chart pattern that appears as a baseline with three peaks. The outside two peaks (shoulders) are close in height and the middle is highest.
A normal head and shoulders is a bullish to bearish trend reversal.
An INVERSE head and shoulders is a bearish to bullish trend reversal.
For a safe entry, it is often advised to enter on the break of the neckline as that would be confirmation of the head and shoulder pattern.
