The Southern Homebuilding segment refers to Orlando, Florida, Sarasota, Florida, Tampa, Florida, Fort Myers or Naples, Florida, Austin, Texas, Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas, Houston, Texas, San Antonio, Texas, Charlotte, North Carolina, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Nashville, Tennessee.
