The Residential Real Estate segment refers to the home equity lines of credit that depend primarily on the loan amount in relation to collateral value, the interest rate, and the borrower's ability to repay in an orderly fashion. The Construction and Land segment focuses on the loans concerning the construction industry. The Consumer Loans segment consists of lines or loans to individuals for consumer purposes. The Other Loans segment is composed of lines or loans not included in the other categories, overdrafts on deposit accounts and loans to finance agricultural production, and other loans to farmers. The company was founded by Edward C. Obuchowski on August 1, 2005 and is headquartered in San Francisco, CA.
