Brand new Technical Analysis Charts and Charting & Trading Platform documentation website

Mar 15, 2023

Hello developers!

What could possibly be better than starting the week with not only a new minor release of the library (v24.001 — downloadable here for Technical Analysis Charts and here for Charting & Trading Platform — Release notes here), but also with a brand-new website to browse our documentation.

Over the years, we have received negative feedback regarding the poor quality of our GitHub documentation. Not only due to the fact that it wasn’t available to anyone (you had to be granted access to consult it), but it was solely browsing Markdown files — which is convenient on some occasions, but poor quality when trying to navigate across pages. Plus, the only way to search for anything was to use the GitHub search feature which wasn’t great.

Behold dear readers! All that frustration is now ancient history.

We’ve put hard work into releasing the first version of a brand-new website specifically dedicated to the documentation. The cherry on the cake? It’s available to everyone, and it comes with a search engine!

However, bear in mind it’s only our first iteration, so things might not be 100% there, typos could have silently escaped from our reviews and some APIs might still not be properly documented. Fear not — it’s only the beginning for us, and we’ll regularly bring updates!
