$AAPL finally breakout from consolidation like tsla.
the stock has been consolidating from 177-179 and today finally broke above $180 range.
as you can see on the higher time on 4hr chart, the stock made double or slightly triple top play.
which it could possibly pull back again after hitting double top play before it breakout for ATH.

Buy call above 183.02 sell at 184 or 186
Buy puts below 178.87 sell at 177.35
