Bitcoin Cash Is BitMEX Ready - LONG Possible (155% ROE Possible)

BITMEX:BCHH19   None
We've hit the .786 (0.0351) fib. retrace zone and received several signals that confirm a possible completion of this retrace.

A dragon fly doji with above average volume showed up, plus the RSI is coming out of oversold.

We see the same MA200 working as resistance here, as soon as this black line can be broken, expect our targets to be reached.

All details are on the chart. Targets and stop loss.

P.S. This is not a piece of trade advice. My trades contain all of the details needed to trade, buy-in, stop loss, targets, etc. So if you want to see a full trade for BCHH19, please show your support.

Thanks a lot for reading.

Namaste.

Good day Alan! Just wondering; your BCH long is still active yet conditions for cancelled trade met? Or does your SL always count manually for a close below a certain value on a certain TF? Just a bit confused. Have a good week!

@Krypto99, It should be closed based on the instructions, but since the price bounced back we are opening it again.

Trade setup does look juicy, again i have a different bias but i clearly understand this setup. :) Cool of you to share this amount of profitable setups for free as you have been doing lately.

Hey Alan! Was wondering a bit about your CTA's. You often choose capital allocations for +5% or as in this case >7% - is this the value for risk management or am i misunderstanding something here? Usually traders use quite a lot lower risk at around 1-2% as position size. Would you endulge me in explaining how you can run such a high risk %? :)

@Krypto99, We have a stack that is for position trades, you leave this aside.

From this money, you can use a certain percentage for our trades. This is only a portion of your entire capital.

I also recommend up to 20% per trade, in the case that you only want to open 5 trades and not more than that, but that is for long term trades, here I only recommend less than 10% per trade.

I don't see any high risk here. With a stop loss that is only a few percentages away from buy in, you can only lose a tiny fraction of your capital on one of our trades... if it goes wrong. If it goes right, you win big.

Low risk... High reward.

Namaste.

@alanmasters, Ok so yeah as i expected we are talking about different things. When i talk about capital allocation I am using a Risk % wich is determined by calculating the entry against SL weighed on accound balance. So when i use 1% risk/capital allocation that means that if trade hits SL i will only lose 1% of my account balance. So i guess you have a somewhat different money management strategy wich makes the capital allocation value different from mine but we both have the same end goal and it sounds like we have more or less the same outcome of the risk management strategies.

@Krypto99, I agree. I will call it something different just in case, or mention it somewhere. This is the first time that this discrepancy has been called to my attention.
