hey guys welcome for a daily update of Bitcoin
not so far but Bitcoin is moving as expected in my previous daily update, if you've not checked it here it is...
now from the above chart you see that right now we're moving in a corrective ABC formation and most likely we're now at the final wave 5 of wave C
usually wave C ends from fib786 to fib1272 of wave A, in some rare formations we also see wave C extends only upto fib5 to fib618 of wave A.
but here i think wave C will end between 8600-8800 which is also fib786 level.
along with that rsi is also giving us negative divergence with hh formation while prices are making lh pattern
here you see my custom rsi is also showing weakness in trend and forming higher highs with prices forming lower highs pattern
along with this the fib channel you see here shows that prices precisely respecting fib levels and most likely could hit that green box under 8825 where we also touch the 21 Daily ema.
so probably situation still looks slightly in favor of bears but not so long...
